Can I return or exchange skincare products?
In accordance with global retail standards, skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or sent in error.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrectly sent product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace the product as long as it is returned in the same condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of your purchase receipt.
Can I exchange products that I have already used?
No, all products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the products while they are in your possession.
